Brewing Medium Healing Mead requires putting the ingredients into a Mead Ketill to create Mead Base: Medium Healing. You then add this Mead Base to an available Fermenter and wait 2 in-game days. One Mead Base will produce 6 Medium Healing Meads.
You can drink the Mead directly from your inventory by right-clicking it. You can also assign the Mead to your hotbar and press the associated key.

The Mead takes a few seconds to heal you, so don’t wait until the very last moment to drink it
Medium Healing Mead shares its cooldown with all the other Healing Meads, including the Lingering Healing Mead. You won’t be able to drink one when under the effects of another
