The Audio Log can be found in Chapter 4: Habitat.

After grabbing Mahler’s Audio Log early in the level, go through the vent and into the Purification room. In the opposite corner from where you enter, next to a Gate Fuse and the exit, you will find the DATA-BIOS on a body against the wall.
