The Audio Log can be found in Chapter 5: Lost.

After you’ve traversed the snowstorm and seen the cutscene with Elias and Dani, continue through the gate in front of you. Keep going forward, past the building nearest to the gate, and enter the room on your left to find an Audio Log sitting on a shelf.
