In the Fallout universe, bobbleheads figures are promotional Vault-Tec items. Throughout the wasteland of Fallout 4 there are twenty different bobbleheads to be collected. Seven of these are SPECIAL bobbleheads. Depending on which of these SPECIAL bobbleheads are found, the player’s correlating SPECIAL stat is increased by one. The other thirteen bobbleheads grant a permanent unique perk to your skills.
S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Bobbleheads
Strength Bobblehead
The strength bobblehead is located in the Mass Fusion Building. Once collected, it adds +1 to the strength skill. Fight your way through the Gunner’s that have taken over the building. Once this is done, enter the room called “Mass Fusion balcony”. Once inside, enter the next door, and you will find the strength bobblehead on top of a large statue. You should be above this statue, so you will see the bobblehead clearly.
Perception Bobblehead
The perception bobblehead is located in the Museum of Freedom in Concord. This location is visited in the beginning of the game during the quest “When Freedom Calls”. Defeat all the raiders inside the building. The bobblehead can be found in the same room where you meet Preston Garvey, on the desk in the far end of the room. Once used, it increases perception by one.
Endurance Bobblehead
This bobblehead is located in Poseidon Energy, in the south-east corner of the Commonwealth. Poseidon Energy is filled with raiders, so be ready for a fight. Fight your way through the building. The bobblehead is found near the top of the building. Once the raider in power armor is killed, you know you are close. Enter the room he came from, and you will find the bobblehead to the left, on top of a desk. Once used, this bobblehead increases endurance by one.
Charisma Bobblehead
This bobblehead is located in the eerie Parsons Asylum. However, this location cannot be entered unless the questline for Mr. Cabot has been started. In order to start this quest line, go to the bar in Bunker Hill. An NPC named Edward Deegan will be there (not always, you may have to wait a while). Talk to him to start the quest line. Follow the quest line until Mr. Cabot leads you into the asylum. The bobblehead will be in his office, on the desk. This bobblehead will grant the player plus one charisma.
Intelligence Bobblehead
The intelligence bobblehead is found in the Boston Public Library. The library is filled with super mutants, protectrons, and automated turrets. Once you have cleared the building, head toward the large chamber on the library’s second floor. Enter the wooden door located at the far end of this area. The bobblehead will be sitting on the computer in the next room. This bobblehead grants the player plus one intelligence.
Agility Bobblehead
The agility bobblehead is located at the Wreck of the FMS Northern Star. This location is in the Southeastern part of the map. Go to the top of the ship. The bobblehead is located past the room containing a terminal. Continue forward past this room to the bow of the boat. Once you see the lever next to a boat that will bring you down, you know you are close. The bobblehead will be past this lever and boat, to the right. This bobblehead grants the player plus one agility.
Luck Bobblehead
The luck bobblehead is located on Spectacle Island, on the far right side of the map. Once you have reached the island, look for a small hut. An empty green tugboat lies past this hut. Enter the tugboat and search the locker next to the steamer trunk. The bobblehead is located inside. This bobblehead grants plus one luck. Warning: A mirelurk queen is present on this island. Be prepared for a fight.
Skill Bobbleheads
Barter Bobblehead
This bobblehead is located in Longneck Lukowski’s Cannery. The location is in the Northeastern section of the map. Once you have entered the cannery, you can find the bobblehead at an office on the top floor. Just follow the catwalks. This bobblehead grants +5% better prices when purchasing from a vendor.
Big Guns Bobblehead
The big guns bobblehead is located in Vault 95, in the Southwestern area of the map. Once you have fought your way through the vault, head through the door located on the right side of the main area. Head down to the lower area by entering the door at the end of the hall. Go through the destroyed wall ( at the end of the ramp). In the next room you will find the bobblehead on top of a radio situated in between two couches. This bobblehead grants +25% critical hit damage with heavy weapons like the fat man, gatling laser, missile launcher, and gatling gun.
Energy Weapons Bobblehead
The energy weapons bobblehead is located in Fort Hagen. Specifically, it is in the command center section of the fort. You must begin the main quest “Getting a Clue” to access this area of the fort. The bobblehead is located in the kitchen area of the cafeteria. It will be sitting between two refrigerators. This bobblehead adds +25% critical damage with energy weapons.
Explosives Bobblehead
The explosive bobblehead is located in Saugus Ironworks, in the Northeastern section of the map. Fight your way through the Forgers both inside and outside the building. Once you have defeated Slag in the blast furnace, go directly behind where he was standing during your confrontation with him. The bobblehead will be on top of the tall computer. The explosives bobblehead makes explosives deal 15% more damage.
Lockpicking Bobblehead
The lockpicking bobblehead is located in Pickman Gallery. Enter the gallery and go down to its lowest levels. Once you come across Pickman and a group of raiders, you will know it is nearby. The bobblehead is right beside the flaming trash can. The lock picking bobblehead will make lockpicking easier by enlarging the sweet spot.
Medicine Bobblehead
The medicine bobblehead is located in the bottom of Vault 8, in the central area of the map. Once inside, take the elevator to the basement. The bobblehead will be located in the medical area, next to the robot Curie. The bobblehead makes stimpacks heal 10% more damage.
Melee Bobblehead
The melee bobblehead is in Trinity Tower, east of Diamond City. The bobblehead is at the very top of the tower, in the cage where Rex and Strong are being held. It adds +25% Critical Hit Damage with Melee Weapons.
Repair Bobblehead
The repair bobblehead is found on the roof of the Corvega Power Plant. Once on top of the roof, follow the blue catwalks up and around, and you will find the bobblehead. Be warned, this location has a total of forty three enemies, mostly raiders. This bobble head makes fusion cores last 10% longer.
Science Bobblehead
The science bobblehead is located inside Malden High School (Spoiler alert: Vault 75) in the Northeastern section of the commonwealth. Head to basement level three. From there, find the room that overlooks the cavern. The bobblehead is in this room. This bobblehead allows one extra guess when hacking a terminal.
Small Guns Bobblehead
This bobblehead is located in Gunners Plaza. It is behind a door with a master level lock. The door has a sign above stating “ On the Air”. Once the door is opened, the bobblehead will be on the desk. Be warned, you should expect a massive fight, as this area is filled with a lot of Gunners. This bobblehead adds +25% critical hit damage with ballistic ammo.
Sneak Bobblehead
The sneak bobblehead is located deep in Dunwich Borers, in the Northeastern section of the map. Follow the path in the mine. Once your enemies become ghouls, you are close to the bobblehead. It will be right next to the section four terminal. If you reach an area where the ghouls are named, you have gone too far. It will be right before that area. The bobblehead makes you 10% harder to detect when sneaking.
Speech Bobblehead
You will find this bobblehead during the quest Unlikely Valentine. It is located in vault 114, which can only be reached through Park Street Station. It is located in the Overseer’s office when you meet Nick Valentine. It will be on top of a desk behind Nick. The speech bobblehead permanently adds 100 more caps to all vendors.
Unarmed Bobblehead
One of the easiest to find, the unarmed bobblehead is found in Atom Cats Garage, in the Southeastern portion of the map. It will be on top of a rusted car in the main garage. The bobblehead adds +25% critical hit damage with unarmed strikes.
