Mushroom Omelette is a Mistlands-tier food that will grant you 28 health, 85 stamina, and extra health regeneration of 3 hp/tick for 25 minutes. It’s cooked by combining 3 Eggs and 3 Jotun Puffs in a level 5 Cauldron.

Acquisition

  • You’ll need to combine 3 Eggs and 3 Jotun Puffs in a level 5 Cauldron to cook a Mushroom Omelette
  • Both Eggs and Jotun Puffs can be farmed, ensuring you’ll always have the ingredients for a Mushroom Omelette

This is how you’ll first obtain your starting ingredients:

  • Eggs are sold by Haldor in the Black Forest after you defeat Yagluth in the Plains, and are also found inside the Sealed Tower dungeon
  • Jotun Puffs are bulbous yellow mushrooms that grow in the Mistlands

Despite their seemingly mundane nature, Eggs are the trickier part of this recipe. They only appear as part of Haldor the trader’s stock after you defeat the Plains biome boss – Yagluth. You can then purchase them for 1500 Coins each. Since this price is quite steep, you’ll want to buy at least two Eggs and turn them into a self-sustaining chicken farm, or even an AFK Egg farm. Alternatively, you can find a couple of starter Eggs inside the Sealed Tower dungeon in the Plains.

Jotun Puffs, on the other hand, are fairly common mushrooms you’ll find growing in the Mistlands biome. Since you’ll need quite a few of them for various recipes, you’ll want to start a Jotun Puffs farm too. That one is quite simple and merely requires a secluded plot of land in the Mistlands and the Cultivator tool (Corewood x5, Bronze x5).

When you have the ingredients, you’ll need a Cauldron (Tin x 10) that’s been upgraded to level 5. This means you’ll have to place the following improvements hear it – Spice Rack (Dandelion x3, Carrot x2, Mushroom x5, Thistle x3, Turnip x3), Butcher’s Table (Ancient Bark x2, Corewood x4, Finewood x4, Silver x2), Pots and Pans (Iron x5, Copper x5, Black Metal x5, Finewood x10), and Mortar and Pestle (Black Marble x8, Finewood x6, Corewood x4). When you have all that, simply interact with the Cauldron and combine 3 Eggs and 3 Jotun Puffs into a tasty Mushroom Omelette.

Food

Upon eating a Mushroom Omelette, your health will increase by 28, stamina by 85, and health regeneration by 3 hp/tick for 25 minutes. This can be combined with up to two other food types, but you can’t consume more than one Mushroom Omelette at a time.

The buff provided by a Mushroom Omelette will start out strong, but will eventually start to wane. When there’s just 50% left in its duration, or 12.5 minutes, the buff icon will begin to flash, allowing you to eat another Mushroom Omelette and refresh its effects.

Helpful Tips

  • When you have both an Egg and Jotun Puffs farm going, Mushroom Omelette will become an easy-to-make stamina-rich food source for you
  • Jotun Puffs can only be farmed within the Mistlands, so make sure to place a portal near your farm
  • Hens and chickens will eat most Seeds, Dandelions, and Barley, but not Barley Flour
