“Skyrim In A Nutshell” Video Garners Over 1.6 Million Hits

“Skyrim In A Nutshell” is the latest video from award-winning animator, Ferhod.

Youtube animator, Ferhod, gave his fans a Christmas present three weeks ago with the release of his “Skyrim In A Nutshell” video. The animated clip runs a mere 24 seconds, but it’s already gone viral, garnering over 1.6 million hits.

You can watch the video below in its entirety. I won’t give away any spoilers, but the video makes a tongue-in-cheek jest that just about every true son and daughter of Skyrim will find humorous.

The in-joke is great, but what I find even more compelling is the professional quality of the video. I suppose it shouldn’t come as a surprise though — Ferhod was the overall winner at the Saxxy Awards 2014 (a competition for films based on Valve’s Team Fortress 2).

Ferhod’s work is definitely top notch (I’ve posted his award winning video right beneath “Skyrim In A Nutshell”). Interestingly enough, he drew his “Nutshell” inspiration from this Skyrim comic.
