Godzilla in Skyrim? Yes it’s true.

If you’re tired of fighting Dragons in Skyrim, how about taking on Godzilla? Talk about a challenge! If the Japanese army can’t stop Godzilla from stomping Tokyo, how can the Dragonborn possibly hope to stop the King of the Monsters from flattening Whiterun? I sincerely hope Belethor’s General Goods is paid up on its insurance policy…

Godzilla In Skyrim

In probably one of the strangest mods I’ve seen in some time, modder Quechus13 gives us Godzilla in Skyrim. The ginormous pop icon stands tall in all his glory, screaming and breathing fire balls.

And he’s not alone.

As you can see in the YouTube video, Godzilla has brought his good buddies Mechagodzilla and Rodan to Tamriel’s northernmost province (sadly Godzilla fans, Mothra is nowhere to be found). Watching the video brings back a lot of good childhood memories. It’s been too long since I’ve enjoyed the simple pleasure of wearing my PJs on a Saturday afternoon, eating popcorn and watching monster movies.

Another Godzilla In Skyrim Mod

As of now, the Godzilla in Skyrim mod isn’t available for download (schucks!). If you need a Godzilla fix pronto, you can always try out the Godzilla The Follower mod by EvDaBacon. True, the mod won’t give you a 300 foot tall monster sworn to carry your burdens, but you’ll get an awfully cool Argonian named Godzilla who’s twice your size. An Argonian that big is sure to be one tough honker, guaranteed to scare the living Talos out of the meanest bandit chief and fanatical Forsworn.
