Yggdrasil Porridge is a Mistlands-tier food that raises your health by 27, stamina by 13, Eitr by 80, and health regeneration by 3 hp/tick for 25 minutes. Cooking Yggdrasil Porridge requires combining 4 Sap, 3 Barley, and 2 Royal Jelly in a level 5 Cauldron.
Acquisition
To cook Yggdrasil Porridge, you’ll need to combine 4 Sap, 3 Barley, and 2 Royal Jelly in a level 5 Cauldron
The Dvergr Extractor you’ll need to create a Sap Extractor is found inside Dvergr Component Crates in the Mistlands
Here’s how you’ll recognize the necessary ingredients:
Sap is produced by Ancient Roots in the Mistlands after you attach a Sap Extractor to them
Barley is a Plains-tier crop you’ll initially find growing inside Fuling villages and can later be farmed
Royal Jelly is primarily found in big yellow piles inside Mistlands’ Infested Mine Dungeons, and dropped by the Seeker Brood monsters
Yggdrasil Porridge may not be as strong or easy to make as Seeker Aspic, but since you can eat three different foods at a time, you’ll still want to cook some if you’re looking to maximize your Eitr reserves.
In order to start gathering Sap, you’ll need a Sap Extractor (Yggdrasil Wood x10, Black Metal x5, Dvergr Extractor). Getting Dvergr Extractors can be quite tricky. They’re hidden away inside Dvergr Component Crates that you can occasionally find when exploring the neutral Dvergr settlements in the Mistlands. If you try to just open the crate, the Dvergr will turn hostile and attack you. However, if you don’t want to deal with these dwarves, you can lure some monsters to their settlements and let them do your dirty work. Then, you’ll be able to grab some Dvergr Extractors unopposed.
When you create a Sap Extractor, you’ll be able to place it on an Ancient Root growing in the Mistlands. The extractor will begin extracting Sap at a rate of 1 per minute. Each extractor can hold up to 10 Sap, so you’ll want to have several of them going at once.
If you’re exploring the Mistlands, chances are you already have a Barley farm in the Plains biome. If you need a refresher, you’ll find your initial Barley growing inside Fuling villages, and then will be able to plant it using the Cultivator tool (Corewood x5, Bronze x5). Each planted Barley produces 3 Barley when grown, allowing you to quickly multiply your supplies.
Royal Jelly is primarily found inside the Infested Mine dungeons in the Mistlands. It sits there in piles that take 240 minutes to respawn, and is dropped by the Seeker Brood monsters. These monsters are also spawned by The Queen, the Mistlands boss.
With all the ingredients ready, you will want to combine them in a level 5 Cauldron. To improve it this much, you’ll need to place a Spice Rack (Dandelion x3, Carrot x2, Mushroom x5, Thistle x3, Turnip x3), Butcher’s Table (Ancient Bark x2, Corewood x4, Finewood x4, Silver x2), Pots and Pans (Iron x5, Copper x5, Black Metal x5, Finewood x10), and Mortar and Pestle (Black Marble x8, Finewood x6, Corewood x4) nearby. Then, simply interact with the Cauldron, and you’ll be able to combine 4 Sap, 3 Barley, and 2 Royal Jelly into some Yggdrasil Porridge.

Food
When you eat it, Yggdrasil Porridge raises your health by 27, stamina by 13, Eitr by 80, and health regeneration by 3 hp/tick for 25 minutes. You can combine it with up to two other foods, but can’t eat more than one Yggdrasil Porridge at a time.
Immediately after eating, Yggdrasil Porridge will grant you its full effects. These will grow weaker over time, and when the buff duration reaches 50%, or 12.5 minutes, the buff icon will flash, allowing you to eat another Yggdrasil Porridge to refresh the effects.
Feast Ingredient
When you discover the Bog Witch trader in the Swamp, you’ll unlock the Feast feature. To use it, you’ll need to buy a Serving Tray for 140 Coins from the witch, along with some spices. Yggdrasil Porridge is an ingredient in one of the Feasts. The Recipes section below will share the details.

Helpful Tips
Since you’ll need to revisit your Sap Extractors from time to time, it’s a good idea to create your Mistlands farm where you grow Magecaps and Jotun Puffs nearby
Royal Jelly piles take 240 minutes to respawn, so make sure to note the locations of the Infested Mine dungeons
