Wolf Skewer is a hearty Mountain-tier food that boosts your health by 65, stamina by 21, and health regeneration by 3 hp/tick for 25 minutes. You’ll prepare it by combining Wolf Meat, 2 Mushrooms, and an Onion in a level 3 Cauldron.
Acquisition
You will need a level 3 Cauldron to combine Wolf Meat, 2 Mushrooms, and an Onion into a Wolf Skewer
Before you can start cooking Wolf Skewers, you will need to find some Onion Seeds in the Mountain biome and set up an Onion farm
Here’s where you can find the ingredients for a Wolf Skewer:
Wolves drop their meat and are easy to find once you reach the Mountain biome
Mushrooms grow on the ground in the Meadows, Black Forest, and Swamp biomes
Onions are grown from Onion Seeds found inside chests in abandoned buildings in the Mountain biome
Wolves are the common enemy you’ll be fighting in the Mountain biome. Chances are, you won’t need to find them – they’ll find you. When slain they drop some Wolf Meat. Mushrooms, you should have plenty stockpiled from exploring the earlier biomes. If not, you’ll recognize them by their rich red caps. After you pick them, it will take 240 minutes for them to respawn. And as for Onions, they’re the trickiest ingredient in this recipe. First, you’ll need to find some Onion Seeds while exploring the abandoned buildings in the Mountains, then set up an Onion farm using the Cultivator tool (Corewood x5, Bronze x5) back at your base.
When you have the raw ingredients, you’ll need a Cauldron (Tin x10) to combine them. That Cauldron needs to be upgraded to level 3. This means you’ll need to place a Spice Rack (Dandelion x3, Carrot x2, Mushroom x5, Thistle x3, Turnip x3) and a Butcher’s Table (Ancient Bark x2, Corewood x4, Finewood x4, Silver x2) near it. Once that’s done, you’ll be able to combine Wolf Meat, 2 Mushrooms, and an Onion into a Wolf Skewer.

Food
Eating a Wolf Skewer will raise your health by 65, stamina by 21, and health regeneration by 3 hp/tick for 25 minutes. You can eat a Wolf Skewer together with up to two other food types, but can’t eat more than a single skewer at once.
Initially, you’ll get the full effects from eating a Wolf Skewer. They will grow weaker with time. With just 50% of the buff’s duration remaining, meaning 12.5 minutes, the buff icon will start flashing, and you’ll be able to eat another skewer and refresh the effects.
