Stuffed Mushroom is a Mistlands-tier food that boosts your health by 25, stamina by 12, Eitr by 75, and health regeneration by 3 hp/tick. It’s created by combining 3 Magecaps, Blood Clot, and 2 Turnips at a Food Preparation Table into an Uncooked Stuffed Mushroom, and then baking it in a Stone Oven.
You’ll first assemble the ingredients at a Food Preparation Table, and then cook them in a Stone Oven
Here’s where you will find the necessary ingredients:
Magecaps are thin blue mushrooms that grow in the Mistlands
Blood Clots are dropped by Ticks that get spawned by the flying Gjall enemies
Turnips are initially found as seeds in the Swamp and can then be farmed
While not particularly strong for its biome, the ingredients you need for Stuffed Mushrooms are relatively easy to acquire, making it an attractive Eitr-boosting food.
Magecaps naturally grow in the Mistlands. You will, however, need quite a lot of them for a variety of recipes. As such, it’s a smart idea to gather some starter Magecaps and then plant them using the Cultivator tool (Corewood x5, Bronze x5) to create a Magecap farm. Just keep in mind that Magecaps can only grow in the Mistlands.
Blood Clots are dropped by Ticks. Ticks can be tough to find on their own. They are, however, continuously spawned by the big flying Gjall enemies that live in the Mistlands. Gjalls resemble a Zerg Overlord from StarCraft, so you can’t miss them. With some patience you can gather a lot of Blood Clots in one go if you leave a Gjall alive and just focus on taking out the Ticks.
You’ll initially find Turnips as these yellow flowers in the Swamp. Collecting them will get you some Turnip Seeds. You can plant these seeds with the Cultivator in most biomes to grow some actual Turnips. When you harvest your Turnips, make sure to plant every third one back as a Seed-turnip, to create a steady supply.
Take all the ingredients to a Food Preparation Table (Iron x5, Finewood x20, Leather Scraps x15), where you’ll put together an Uncooked Stuffed Mushroom from 3 Magecaps, a Bloodclot, and 2 Turnips. Your next step is the Stone Oven (Iron x15, Stone x20, Surtling Core x4). To create one, you’ll need an Artisan Table (Wood x10, Dragon Tear x2), and that means defeating Moder, the Mountain boss.
When approaching a Stone Oven, first start a fire by adding some Wood to its bottom half. Then, interact with the top half and you’ll put the Uncooked Stuffed Mushroom inside. After 50 seconds, interact with the top half again and retrieve your Stuffed Mushroom. Just make sure not to leave it in too long, or you’ll get Coal instead.

Uses
Food
Upon eating a Stuffed Mushroom, your health will increase by 25, stamina by 12, Eitr by 75, and health regeneration by 3 hp/tick for 25 minutes. You can eat a Stuffed Mushroom together with up to two other food types, but can’t eat more than one Stuffed Mushroom at once.
The buff granted by a Stuffed Mushroom starts out strong but grows weaker with time. With just 50% left in its duration, or 12.5 minutes, the buff icon will start to flash, allowing you to eat another Stuffed Mushroom to refresh its effects.
Helpful Tips
You’ll need to wait 50 seconds for a Stuffed Mushroom to cook, but if you leave it in the oven for over 100 seconds, it will turn into coal
Magecaps can only be farmed in the Mistlands, so having a portal nearby is a good move
While Ticks are most often found around Gjalls, you can occasionally find some on their own throughout the Mistlands biome
Planting one Turnip as a Seed-turnip for every three you harvest will ensure a steady supply of Turnips
