Sparkling Shroomshake is an Ashlands-tier food that increases your health by 30, stamina by 15, Eitr by 90, and health regeneration by 4 hp/tick for 25 minutes. It’s cooked by combining 4 Sap, 2 Vineberry Clusters, 2 Smoke Puffs, and 2 Magecaps in a level 6 Cauldron.
Despite requiring a lot of ingredients and Cauldron upgrades, the Eitr you’ll get from drinking Sparkling Shroomshakes will make it all worth it
This is what you’ll be gathering to start brewing Sparkling Shroomshakes:
Sap is produced by tapping Ancient Roots in the Mistlands with a Sap Extractor
Vineberry Cluster is a grape-looking berry that grows on the walls of abandoned buildings in the Ashlands
Smoke Puffs are small yellowish mushrooms that grow all over the Ahslands biome
Magecap is a thin blue mushroom you’ll find growing in the Mistlands
Before you can start gathering Sap, you’ll need to make some Sap Extractors (Yggdrasil Wood x10, Black Metal x5, Dvergr Extractor). The key ingredient there is the Dvergr Extractor. You’ll find those inside Dvergr Component Crates in various Dvergr settlements in the Mistlands. The Dvergr will attack you if you try to loot their crates. But if you first lead some monsters to their settlement, you’ll have a much easier time looting it clean. When you have some Sap Extractors, attach them to the Ancient Roots growing in the Mistlands. One extractor produces a unit of Sap per minute, and can hold up to 10 Sap.
Vineberry Cluster closely resembles grapes and grows on red vines that you’ll sometimes find on the walls of Ashlands buildings. Whenever you collect Vineberry Clusters, there’s a chance you’ll also get some Vineberry Seeds. You can then plant these seeds with the Cultivator tool (Corewood x5, Bronze x5) in your main base to create a convenient Vineberry Cluster farm.
Smoke Puffs are Ashlands-native mushrooms. They grow naturally all over the biome. You can’t farm them, but when picked, they respawn after 240 minutes. Magecaps are thin blue glowing mushrooms you’ll find growing in the Mistlands. When you find some, you’ll be able to plant them in the Mistlands soil with the Cultivator tool, creating a Magecap farm.
When you’ve gathered all the necessary ingredients, you’ll need to combine them in a level 6 Cauldron (Tin x10). This means you’ll need the following improvements nearby to make it work – Spice Rack (Dandelion x3, Carrot x2, Mushroom x5, Thistle x3, Turnip x3), Butcher’s Table (Ancient Bark x2, Corewood x4, Finewood x4, Silver x2), Pots and Pans (Iron x5, Copper x5, Black Metal x5, Finewood x10), Mortar and Pestle (Black Marble x8, Finewood x6, Corewood x4), and Rolling Pins and Cutting Boards (Ashwood x8, Finewood x6, Flametal x4). Then, simply combine 4 Sap, 2 Vineberry Clusters, 2 Smoke Puffs, and 2 Magecaps in your Cauldron to create a Sparkling Shroomshake.

Food
Consuming a Sparkling Shroomshake will raise your health by 30, stamina by 15, Eitr by 90, and health regeneration by 4 hp/tick for 25 minutes. These effects can be combined with up to two other foods, but you won’t be able to consume more than one Sparkling Shroomshake at a time.
The buff granted by Sparkling Shroomshake will start out providing its listed benefits, but will grow weaker with time. When there’s merely 50% left in its duration, or 12.5 minutes, the buff icon will flash and you’ll be able to drink another Sparkling Shroomshake to refresh its effects.
Helpful Tips
When gathering Sap, you’ll need a convenient way to collect it. This means you’ll want a portal near your extractors. And since it will be there anyway, you might as well set up your Magecap and Jotun Puffs farm close to your extractors as well
When you gather Smoke Puffs, you’ll need to wait 240 minutes before they respawn, so placing a marker on your map indicating spots rich in Smoke Puffs might be a good idea
