Misthare Supreme is a Mistlands-tier food that raises your health by 85, stamina by 28, and health regeneration by 5 hp/tick for 25 minutes. You cook Misthare Supreme by first combining Hare Meat, 3 Jotun Puffs, and 2 Carrots at a Food Preparation Table into Uncooked Misthare Supreme, and then baking it in a Stone Oven.
Acquisition
Cooking Misthare Supreme calls for Hare Meat, 3 Jotun Puffs, and 2 Carrots
You’ll need a Stone Oven to cook Misthare Supreme and a Food Preparation Table to first assemble the ingredients
You will need the following ingredients to cook Misthare Supreme:
Hare Meat is dropped by the Hares populating the Mistlands biome
Jotun Puffs are orange bulbous mushrooms that grow in the Mistlands
Carrots are seed vegetables you’ll initially find growing in the Black Forest
Misthare Supreme is the strongest health-boosting food you can make in the Mistlands. Despite that, it’s relatively easy to make and doesn’t require any particularly rare resources.
When exploring the Mistlands, you’ll see plenty of Hares running around. They’re timid creatures and will run away when you get near. But if you have a decent ranged weapon, Hares are easy prey. When slain, they’re guaranteed to drop some Hare Meat.
Also in the Mistlands, you’ll occasionally find Jotun Puffs. These bulbous orange mushrooms grow naturally, but you won’t be able to stockpile enough of them for later use. That’s why it’s smart to use the first Jotun Puffs you find to start a farm. You can plant them within the Mistlands biome with the Cultivator tool (Corewood x5, Bronze x5).
Carrots are likely the first crop you will have found in the game. They grow naturally in the Black Forest biome. When you gather these wild Carrots, you’ll get some Carrot Seeds. You can plant them in most biomes, including the Meadows, with the Cultivator. Unlike Jotun Puffs that you can plant directly, you need Carrot Seeds to grow Carrots. This means after you get your Carrot harvest, you will need to replant some of your Carrots as Seed-carrots.
Take these ingredients to a Food Preparation Table (Iron x5, Finewood x20, Leather Scraps x15) and assemble Hare Meat, 3 Jotun Puffs, and 2 Carrots into Uncooked Misthare Supreme. Then go to a Stone Oven (Iron x15, Stone x20, Surtling Core x4). Despite it only using basic building materials, you need to have an Artisan Table (Wood x10, Dragon Tear x2) nearby to construct a Stone Oven, and that means defeating Moder, the boss of the Mountain biome.
First, load up the oven with Wood. Then interact with its upper half to put your Uncooked Misthare Supreme in. It takes 50 seconds for Misthare Supreme to cook. If you leave it in the oven for over 100 seconds, it will turn into Coal, so make sure you take it out on time by interacting with the upper part of your Stone Oven again.

Food
When eaten, Misthare Supreme increases your health by 85, stamina by 28, and health regeneration by 5 hp/tick for 25 minutes. You can combine this with up to two other foods, but can’t eat more than one Misthare Supreme at a time.
Upon eating a Misthare Supreme, you’ll get its listed effects, but they will fade over time. When there’s just 50% left in the buff’s duration, or 12.5 minutes, the buff icon will begin flashing. Then, you’ll be able to eat another Misthare Supreme to refresh the effects.
