Meat Platter is a Mistlands-tier food that increases your health by 80, stamina by 26, and health regeneration by 5 hp/tick for 30 minutes. Meat Platter is cooked by combining Seeker Meat, Lox Meat, and Hare Meat into an Uncooked Meat Platter at a Food Preparation Table, and then baking it in a Stone Oven.
Acquisition
To prepare a Meat Platter you’ll need a piece of Seeker Meat, Lox Meat, and Hare Meat each
Meat Platter is cooked in a Stone Oven, but it’s first assembled together at a Food Preparation Table
Here’s where you’ll find the necessary ingredients:
Seeker Meat is dropped by Seekers and Seeker Soldiers in the Mistlands
Lox Meat is dropped by the Lox beasts inhabiting the Plains
Hare Meat is dropped by Hares, timid creatures inhabiting the Mistlands
Meat Platter is the ultimate hunter’s meal. All the ingredients are obtained by hunting various late-biome monsters. Seeker Meat is the first one. It’s dropped by the Seekers that will be a persistent pest throughout the Mistlands biome. It’s also dropped by the stronger and more rare Seeker Soldiers.
When exploring the Plains, you’ll undoubtedly notice the Lox beasts living there, as they’re big and wooly. Hunting them will grant you plenty of Lox Meat. Alternatively, you can tame and breed the creatures in order to get easy access to their resources.
While Mistlands is quite the inhospitable biome, it does have its peaceful inhabitants. Hares are quick and timid, and will run away the moment they spot you. As such, if you want to get some Hare Meat, you should have a decent ranged weapon ready.
Having gathered all this meat, you’ll want to take it to a Food Preparation Table (Iron x5, Finewood x20, Leather Scraps x15) and assemble Seeker Meat, Lox Meat, and Hare Meat into an Uncooked Meat Platter. You’ll then take that to a Stone Oven (Iron x15, Stone x20, Surtling Core x4). Creating a Stone Oven requires having an Artisan Table (Wood x10, Dragon Tear x2) nearby, and to get that you’ll need to defeat Moder, the boss of the Mountain biome.
Approach your Stone Oven and first load it up with Wood by interacting with its lower half. Then, interact with the upper half, and you’ll put your Uncooked Meat Platter inside. It takes 50 seconds for a Meat Platter to cook. If you leave it inside for over 100 seconds, it will turn into Coal, so make sure you’re getting it out of the oven before that.

Uses
Food
When you eat a Meat Platter, your health will increase by 80, stamina by 26, and health regeneration by 5 hp/tick for 30 minutes. You can eat a Meat Platter together with up to two other foods, but can’t eat more than one Meat Platter at a time.
The buff you get from eating a Meat Platter will start out strong but will fade over time. When it reaches 50% of its duration, or 15 minutes, the buff icon will start flashing, letting you know you can eat another Meat Platter to refresh its effects.
