Fiddlehead is a curly red fern that grows in the Ashlands biome. When eaten raw, it provides with 30 extra health, 30 extra stamina, and increases your health regeneration by 1 hp/tick for 15 minutes. Since you can’t grow Fiddlehead yourself, and it’s used in a number of advanced recipes, it’s not advisable to eat it raw.

In case you do need to eat a Fiddlehead, you can do so by right-clicking it in your inventory. As a meal, it can be combined with two other foods, but you can’t eat more than one Fiddlehead at a time.

Fiddlehead’s effects start out at full power, but are lowered as time goes on. When the buff has been active for 50% of its duration, or 7.5 minutes, you’ll be able to eat another Fiddlehead and refresh its effects.

In order to eat a Fiddlehead, you will need to find:

  • Fiddlehead

It can be eaten raw and doesn’t require any additional preparation.

Fiddlehead is a curly red fern that grows all over the Ashlands biome. It can be hard to spot against the biome’s background, but it’s most frequently found around various abandoned Ashlands structures.
