Eyescream is a Mountain-tier food that increases your health by 21, stamina by 65, and health regeneration by 1 hp/tick for 25 minutes. You’ll need a level 3 Cauldron to combine 3 Greydwarf Eyes and a Freeze Gland into Eyescream.
Acquisition
Eyescream is cooked in a level 3 Cauldron by combining 3 Greydwarf Eyes with a Freeze Gland
A great way to boost your stamina by using common enemy drops
You won’t need to do any farming or intermediary crafting to obtain the ingredients needed to cook some Eyescream:
Greydwarf Eyes are dropped by Greydwarfs found in abundance in the Meadows and Black Forest biomes
Freeze Gland is a guaranteed drop from Drakes flying all over the Mountain biome
Greydwarfs are some of the most common and easy enemies in the game. By the time you’re exploring the Mountain biome, you’ll have fought plenty of Greydwarfs in the Meadows and Black Forest biomes. When slain, they have a good chance to drop their eyes. Make sure you’re collecting those and stashing them for later use.
Drakes are a rather annoying enemy type you’ll be facing in the Mountain biome. They tend to fly out of reach and shoot freezing bolts at you. If you want to get anywhere in the Mountains, you’ll need to get a decent ranged weapon and learn how to shoot those Drakes down. Once you do, they’re guaranteed to drop a Freeze Gland.
Once you’ve collected the required ingredients, you’ll need a Cauldron (Tin x10) to combine cook them. The Cauldron needs to be upgraded to level 3. This means you’ll need to place a Spice Rack (Dandelion x3, Carrot x2, Mushroom x5, Thistle x3, Turnip x3) and a Butcher’s Table (Ancient Bark x2, Corewood x4, Finewood x4, Silver x2) in the Cauldron’s vicinity. Once you’ve done that, you’ll be able to combine 3 Greydwarf Eyes and a Freeze Gland into some delicious Eyescream.

Food
When you eat a bowl of Eyescream, you’ll increase your health by 21, stamina by 65, and health regeneration by 1 hp/tick for 25 minutes. Eyescream can be eaten with up to two other foods, but you can’t eat more than a single instance of Eyescream at once.
The buff you get from eating Eyescream will start off strong, but will fade over time. With less than 50% left in its duration, or 12.5 minutes, the buff icon will start flashing. At that point, you’ll be able to eat another Eyescream and refresh its effects.
