You are in the final stretch now, and you’ll start that in the flat and wooded Western Delta, which features a simple Sphinx puzzle with some blocks, as well as one of the shorter Prometheus puzzles. This ought to be a breeze (perhaps an oddly autumnal one), but some of the bits can be a bit tricky, so this walkthrough should guide though it.
The Star Statue Puzzles in The Talos Principle 2 are puzzles dotted throughout the 12 regions of game, with 2 Statues in each region. Solving them allows you to acquire Stars, and once you have them all, you’ll be able to enter the Astronomical Temple near the Megastructure.
There are 3 different kinds of Star Statue Puzzles: Prometheus Puzzles, which require you to chase his sprites through the region; Pandora Puzzles, which require to you connect her box to a beam to activate; and Sphinx Puzzles, which require you to solve a key placard.
Western Delta (West 1) Sphinx Puzzle
To start the Sphinx Puzzle in the Western Delta, start by finding the Statue, which is just to the south of the transport hub (Image 1). After that, get a good look at the key, which features a series of boxes (reminiscent of the key in South 1) (Image 2).
To find the pillars, simply go past Puzzle 6 (Image 3) and find the pillars standing near the far end of the region (Image 4).

Once you get there, you should face east to approach the puzzle (Image 5), as this is what will correspond to the key. Then, simply follow the key to lower the 4 pillars that are “filled in” (Image 6).

After you do so, you should get an audio cue, hinting for you to return to the Sphinx Statue to collect your star (Image 7).

Western Delta (West 1) Prometheus Puzzle
To solve the Prometheus Puzzle in the Western Delta, you should start by heading to the Prometheus Statue, which will be near the transport station (Image 1).

Next, you should head to Puzzle 6 (Image 2), where you’ll be able to see the blue Sprite in the ceiling above (Image 3).

To reach the Sprite, you’ll need to start by connecting a Connector from the Generator to the Blue Platform (Image 4). Then, flip the Switch before the Blue Platform reached the fan (Image 5 and 6). Then, jump on the Platform (Image 7) and stay on it until it rises up from the fan (Image 8). From here, you can simply jump straight up to start the Sprite on its way (Image 9).

Next, the Sprite will go next to the sign for Puzzle 6 (Image 10), and then next to one of the Hand Terminals (Image 11). Next, it will go onto the rails, and you can jump on them now.

The Sprite will go onto the transport rails next (Image 12), requiring you to jump onto them from a rocky outcrop near the Hand Terminal (Image 13). You can then run along the tracks until you reach the Sprite (Image 14).

Next, the sprite will return to Prometheus (Image 15). Simply touch it, and then you will be able to collect your Star (Image 16).

Collecting both Stars in the region will make progress toward opening up the Astronomical Temple outside the Megastructure, but you will need all 24 Stars from each of the 12 Regions in order to do so. Check out our other Star Statue guides for information.
