With the lead developer ‘Nathaniel Ayer’ starting the project in 2013, his journey up to the development point of the Himeko Sutori was in the hand of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
After a long and stressful story with them, Nathaniel decided to put that story into a video game. Storyline
Just like in any other RPG game, Himeko Sutori gives you that classic Princess story that sets you off on your adventures instantly. With a fairy and your wolf, you must team up with other students and friends around the town to fight off bandits that seek what they don’t have, energy crystals. Fight off green globs of goo and bandits in the forest while you adventure out of to become stronger and learn more as a student of the arts of master crafting new spells and potions to defend off against any foes that come before you. With a vast world to explore, it’s just the beginning of the journey with over 200 unique soldiers to team up with and to fight against, and with taverns and shops around every corner allows you to stack up new missions to become the kingdoms greatest Princess warrior.

When it comes to gameplay, Himeko Sutori can seem a bit basic at the beginning of your adventure with basic weapons to choose from. But with plenty of weapons and spells to learn and fight with during the game, you won’t lose interest when it comes to combat and making sure you can take down any foe that comes before you and your team of followers. With a vast World to explore, Himeko Sutori’s story and list of things to unlock and fight with open a new kind of turn-based RPG that you haven’t played in some time. With a developer that has an even greater story to tell, he’s made sure that the story of you and your followers doesn’t go flat during your journey with all the weapons and battles that lay before you. Graphics
Graphics in a roleplaying game can sometimes be a little too indepth when it comes to looks and player models when developers place all their time into just the games look instead of their overall feel. Himeko Sutori isn’t one of those developers. With an overall amazing world feel and look from beginning to end. You will find yourself loving the uniqueness of over 200 custom named soldiers around the world around you to explore. From each of the details in the explorable buildings to the world terrain while moving around with your followers will make you stop and take it all in with the amount of time what was put into making the type of unique love this game has put into it. The developers definitely evened everything out between all sides on a Classic RPG like in Himeko Sutori.
Sound
Making a great roleplaying game is hard enough when it comes to making sure you have the storyline and the look that will bring the gamer down to a point. Himeko Sutori has all that down except the full sound field. With not a lot to offer when it comes to ‘travel music’ when adventuring around with your followers during your journey, and during fight scenes with the local bandits, the game just doesn’t come all the way through to place you in the shoes of your character. It can be hard to make unique sounds for any Indie game developer to make sure you hit every point on the board, but Himeko Sutori needs a little touch up when it comes to music and player sound during exploring.
