A new job listing on Guerrilla Games’ website possibly alludes to their new unannounced IP potentially being an MMO.

The job listing says that the studio is looking for someone who has “a proven track record of shipped titles with a significant online focus”. This could mean multiple things however since Guerrilla Games are trying hard to shift away from their Killzone Series then maybe they could be moving to something as drastic and unexpected as creating an MMO.

We’re looking for regular/senior designers with online, multiplayer or coop experience to work on our unannounced new IP. You’ll be part of a small team tasked with creating groundbreaking, innovative online gameplay.

One of the plusses listed is to have “Developed micro-transactions and/or nontraditional recurring revenue models” which also adds to the speculation that the game could be an MMO with either some form of subscription model or a way to buy items in-game.

Hopefully we can expect some form of teaser during this years E3 at Sony’s event.
